Q4: What steps are involved in the trading process?
A: First, we create the drawing. After you confirm it, we'll offer you a quotation. Next, you'll get a Proforma Invoice (PI). Once you confirm the PI, you must arrange to pay a 30% deposit. Then, we'll start the manufacturing. When the production is finished, our Quality Control department will perform inspections. After passing the inspection, you'll pay the remaining balance, and lastly, we'll take care of the shipping arrangements.
