A: Initiating from the design drawing stage, once you've examined and given your stamp of approval to the drawing, we'll proceed to issue a quotation. Next, a Proforma Invoice (PI) will be generated for you to confirm. Upon your confirmation of the PI, you'll need to arrange for a 30% deposit. With the deposit in place, we'll commence manufacturing. During production, our Quality Control (QC) unit will carry out inspections. After the products pass QC, you'll pay the balance, and we'll then arrange for shipping.
